AGES
Ages 7+

METHOD
At Music Makers, our guitar classes are comprehensive and fun! Our method is derived from different traditions and approaches to give students a well-rounded education on guitar, who will enjoy the ability to play familiar melodies after just 1 month!

CLASS SIZE
2 to 8 students per class

MATERIALS
Students must bring their guitar, whether it’s acoustic or electric. Electric guitarists may borrow our amps for lessons, but they’re asked to bring a quarter-inch cable.

Students should also remember their music books, a tuner, a guitar pick, and a folder.

RECITAL
Music Makers hosts a formal recital annually in May or June; all students are invited to perform! Students may also attend our December show, where students perform in groups that take away pressures associated with a traditional recital. 

Both opportunities give your child the unique and cultivating experience of performing for an audience and their biggest fan – you!
